The non-linear reflection relationship model between qualified rate of radial runout and the uncertainty of remanufacturing crankshaft is proposed, and Gauss - Newton iteration method is used to solve the non-linear model. Under the condition of recycling crankshaft in different quality level and remanufacturing processing route, processes, methods vary, the uncertainty of the roundness main journal and the bending of the crankshaft are the key influence balance measurements of remanufacturing crankshaft radial runout, defines the uncertainty connotation of the roundness main journal and the bending of the crankshaft, and builds the uncertainty measure model compared with their ideal value. Radial runout is one of the difficulties for quality control of the remanufacturing crankshaft processing.
